In order to encourage safe internet usage, students must agree to act in an ethical and responsible manner. They are expected to observe appropriate internet etiquettes. Parents must take up the responsibility to teach children about digital well-being and cyber security.
Students should take necessary safety measures to stay safe in the virtual world of Internet. Be vigilant and cautious while downloading any content, using different apps, posting or sharing contents on social media. Avoid sharing any personal information or responding to any text messages or emails from unknown numbers or ids and beware of indulging into any addictive games.
Cyber crimes can be reported at www.cybercrime.gov.in This portal facilitates the public to lodge complaints anonymously or through Report and track option.
The Child Protection Committee formed in school deals with the complaints related to any sort of abuse on the child and works to safeguard the children from such threats. Any communication in this regard can be informed in person to the CPC members or written communication can be sent to the school.
